PRICING

RESIDENTIAL

Outside only, $11 a window. Inside and out, $15 a window. First cleaning starts at $125, sills and tracks included.

Screens $4 each, never more than $60. Hard water and mineral spots $15 a window. Second story adds 15%.

15% off every visit on a quarterly plan.

STOREFRONTS

$60 for the first visit, then $50 a month. Exterior glass and door, no contract. Inside glass and more frequent visits quoted per visit.

COASTAL GLASS IS DIFFERENT

The ocean puts a film on everything. I take it off.

Wind off the Pacific carries salt a mile inland. It dries on the glass as a white haze, mixes with fog and pollen, and etches if it sits. Towels and a hose spread it around. The fix is soft water, a proper scrub, and a squeegee, inside and out.

SALT HAZE

The dull white film on the ocean side of the house. Comes back fastest on west-facing windows and storefronts near the harbor.

HARD WATER SPOTS

Sprinklers and well water leave mineral rings that cleaner alone won't lift. I use a mineral remover made for glass, not an abrasive.

SCREENS AND TRACKS

Salt and sand collect in the tracks and clog the mesh. I pull the screens, wash them, clear the tracks, and put everything back.

Reedsport, Winchester Bay, Gardiner, and up and down the Umpqua. On the coast, quarterly is the right rhythm, and it's 15% off every visit on the plan.
